If for some unforseen circumstance we are out of stock of an item we will contact you immediately to let you know when you should expect to receive your order.
We send parcels via the Australia Post eParcel service so please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
A signature is required upon delivery so please use an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post Office marked on the card. Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be emailed to you.

This policy only applies to items purchased from our online store. For refunds, exchanges or returns of items purchased from our physical store please attend the store directly.
We appreciate it's not always easy buying online and we understand that you may need to return or exchange items. You may return or exchange your online purchase to our physical store or post it back to our online store. We will gladly provide you with a replacement item or refund your purchase price (excluding the delivery fee).
We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn or used and if applicable, the original tags are still attached.
Please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. After that, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
To return an item:
- Pack your item (including its original packaging) in secure packaging.
- Include a copy of your invoice, receipt and/or proof of purchase.
- Make sure your name and contact details are included.
- Provide the reason for the return and whether you would like another item sent to you or a refund. If you would like to exchange an item, please list what product you wish to swap it for. We will not charge you the delivery fee again for exchanges.
