We ship across Australia!
We aim to have all our orders shipped the same business day if placed before 1 pm AEST. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are shipped the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours to show an update on your tracking link.

All parcels are sent with a 'No Signature Required' delivery service. If no one is home at the time of delivery and the driver deems the area safe to leave, the parcel will automatically be left in a safe location at the address. Places to check are in the letterbox, around the front of your home - especially behind bins/pot plants/fences, even under doormats. If there is no sign of your parcel please also check in with members of your household, body corporate/building management and even with your neighbours who may have collected this for you for safekeeping. Once you have checked all possible delivery locations and still have no luck in finding your parcel, please give us a call or send us an email so we can investigate further.
We offer credit notes or refunds for all orders. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original condition shoe box.
Your items must be returned within 30-days of purchase.
Please allow 1-3 business days after your return parcel has been delivered for us to complete your return.
Your refund should appear in your account within 2-4 business days subject to your banks refund procedures. You will be refunded to the same form of payment used on the original purchase (e.g. Afterpay, Credit Card or Gift Card)
No, sale items cannot be returned to us.
No, all online orders must be returned to our online warehouse and in-store purchases returned to the store of original purchase.
We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange due to the popularity of our stock. We cannot set items aside for exchanges. Instead, a credit note will be issued to you so you can purchase whatever size or style you're after.
